The firm has rendered the title opinion to the first housing project of TVS Housing Limited on the outskirts of Chennai. The firm was involved in scrutinizing the entire land and revenue documents and tracing the title of the land for an extent of 55 acres.
The firm has advised a food snack and beverage MNC’s subsidiary in India on its purchase of a seven acre plot for its manufacturing activities on the outskirts of Chennai, which was part of a 1500 acre industrial hub. The firm was involved in the title scrutiny of the documents, vetting of the conveyance documents and related approvals thereto.
The firm has advised a client on the purchase and takeover of 45 acre industrial plot in Nanjangud, Karnataka from a well known industrial house.
