We also represent creditors, banks and financial institutions to protect their interests in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, besides, advising the involved parties regarding restructuring of the companies facing liquidation. 

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is being constantly amended to ensure that the liquidation process is completed by the Tribunal within the stipulated period of time and also to address the challenges being faced in the implementation of the Code.  We strive to keep ourself updated with the amendments to enable us to serve our clients better.
