Private Equity and Venture Capital

The firm assists private equity investors and venture capitalists to invest in Indian companies. As part of the services the firm carries out the legal due diligence for PE and VC investors and also handles the necessary agreements such as share subscription cum shareholding agreements, drafting of the amended articles of association of the Indian company to protect the rights of the PE investor and other documents required under law to formalise the investments and the legal aspects of the same.

The same has handled several private equity and venture capital assignments including Canara Bank Venture Capital Fund Limited.

The firm has tied up with a firm of chartered accountants to provide the financial due diligence for the PE investors.
