Due Diligence

The firm assists foreign investors and Indian investors to carry out a corporate and legal due diligences on various legal entities in India. The due diligence enables our clients to assess the factual and legal position of the target companies in India

The scenarios under which a due diligence is required to be done may fall under one or more of the following categories:

• 1. When the target company is being taken over completely by the client.
• 2. When the client intends to acquire a part stake in the target company.
• 3. When the client intends to enter into a joint venture with the target company.
• 4. When the client intends to establish a business relationship with the target company.
